After opening eclipse, click window – > Preferences-> PyDev-> Interpreters-> Python interpreter options

Open the libraries tab below, click new folder on the right, go to the computer hard disk and select the superior directory of the package to import

It could be the SRC directory. The problem I encountered was choosing the SRC directory. Then restart eclipse, Done!
