Solution:

Download and install the postman tool (or other post tools)
use post to call

Code add get method

    public void configure(AuthorizationServerEndpointsConfigurer endpoints) throws Exception {
        ...
        endpoints.allowedTokenEndpointRequestMethods(HttpMethod.GET, HttpMethod.POST);// add get method
        ...

        endpoints.tokenServices(tokenServices);
    }
