View the smb of the machine on which the share file is mounted

powershell execute

Get-SmbServerConfiguration | Select EnableSMB1Protocol, EnableSMB2Protocol

Set-SmbServerConfiguration -EnableSMB1Protocol $true

If an error is reported, execute Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName smb1protocol
