Well, that’s a serious problem. There may be two reasons for these two situations in online search

1. There may be a problem with disk IO (through logging, monitoring and troubleshooting, it is indeed an IO problem)

2. There may be a physical failure of the disk (call the computer room and the disk RAID5 is OK, but it does not mean that this situation does not exist)
