Open mbstring Library in php.ini: remove extension = PHP_ Semicolon before mbstring.dll

Solutions under Linux

First, install the PHP mbstring library file

yum install php-mbstring

After that, modify the/etc/PHP. INI file and add a sentence to it

extension=mbstring.so

After saving, restart the httpd service

service httpd restart
