System.ServiceModel.AddressAccessDeniedException: HTTP could not register URL http://+:6001/Deployer/NotificationService/. Solution:

Run Visual studio command prompt as administrator

Type netsh http add urlacl url=http://+6001/ user=jay.huang

Prompt URL reservation successfully added
