1. Start — Attachment — [command prompt], right click “run as administrator”‘

If you are not an admin administrator, there will be an error:

System error 5 occurred
access is denied

2. Enter the command net start vmusbarbservice

For example,

C:\Windows\system32&> Net start vmusbarbservice
the VMware USB alignment service is starting.
the VMware USB alignment service has started successfully
