1. Alert has timeout. The leader thinks it is related to Huawei layer 3 switch (thinks there is firewall in the middle)

After the query, we know that there is no firewall by default

alter system set“_ optim_ peek_ user_ binds”= false;

And modify open_ cursors

Because this business is batch inserting data and binding variables are used, other memory indicators and waiting events of the database are normal when viewing with AWR. It is suspected that it is related to binding variable parameters. Modify the hidden parameters and open the database_ Cursors default value is 300 to 1000, after two days of observation, continue to report errors (obviously not solved)
