The network list service on the local computer starts and stops. Some services stop automatically when they are not used by other services or programs
solutions 1:
1. Run and output dcomcnfg
2. Component services – Computer – my computer – DCOM configuration – find netprofm
3. Right click Properties – Security – startup and activation permissions – Custom
4. Edit – add – enter object name to select – enter “local service” – OK
5, Pay attention to select local service, check the local startup and local activation below, and confirm
6. Go back to component services – Services – network list service – right click to enable
solutions 2:
First find cmd.exe under C:/windows/system32/ directory, right-click and select "Run as administrator", enter: regsvr32 msi.dll, enter, prompt "DllRegisterServer in msi.dll has been successful", and then go to enable windows install (right-click My Computer - Management - Services and Applications - Services - windows install - start), OK, done!
