Development cannot be enabled while your device is locked.
Please unlock your device and reattach. (0xE80000E2).

I reported this problem when I was running the project today, and there are several ways to search on the Internet
1. Data line problem
2. Settings –> General –> Reset –> Reset location and privacy
3. Restart xcode

I just solved it after restarting
